This last year as I personally transitioned to selling larger deals, I found that I was losing the numbers game because of a simple mistake.  Over the past month I made an adjustment that is causing my sales pipeline to fill up faster than ever, listen to this podcast episode to learn more about the mistake I made and how I have adjusted to win the numbers game.
