Today, I would just like to say thank you for reading my blog, watching my YouTube videos, following us on various social media platforms and anything else you have done to connect with CCSalesPro over the last 2 years.

About 2 years ago, I posted my first YouTube video which had audio and video quality so bad it is hard for me to believe that over 1,400 people have taken time to watch it!  We now have over 90,000 views on YouTube and consistently generate over 10,000 page views per month on this blog and we would just like to say a great big THANK YOU to everyone for your support.

So, what is our vision for the future?  What will CCSalesPro have to offer you in 2013 and beyond?

  • More Free Training Resources!  The reason I started this blog and my training videos is that I am passionate about providing free resources to independent agents that help them gain the knowledge and confidence that they need to succeed in our industry and I will continue that passion moving forward.  Our videos will be higher quality, our audio will be crisp and clear but, our content will remain the down to earth, practical tips and advice that you have come to expect.
  • More organized online library.  With all the videos, blog posts, podcasts and social media content we have created over the last two years, we need to organize it all into a better system so agents can take advantage of our content in a way that makes sense.  That is why I started www.ccsalestraining.com to organize our content into free courses that you can work through in a structured learning management system.  Look for more exciting courses coming soon and open your free account today!
  • More Income Streams.  Through our network of independent merchant services agents all over the United States and soon into Canada, we have a direct relationship with thousands of merchants and we are going to help agents on and off of our team learn how to better leverage these relationships.  A few of the services we will train agents to sell in 2013 include, Payroll services, ATM Machines, Several advanced POS Systems and VOIP phone systems.
  • Leads from the CCBizPro Brand.  Over the last two years, my biggest failure has been not to create a good lead engine for our agents.  I want you to know that this is my highest priority for 2013 with the launch of CCBizPro.  After trying mailer campaigns, telemarketing and everything else we could think of to generate leads we are going back to our roots and doing what we know how to do best.  We are going to create awesome content and generate traffic to a blog.  That blog will be CCBizPro.com  It isn’t up yet but, very soon you will see some exciting things from this new Merchant facing brand.  Our slogan will be “Transactions that Matter” and we will show small retail and restaurant owners how to “SAVE money, UPGRADE their systems, and then use those systems to GROW their business.”

I couldn’t be more excited about the future of CCSalesPro or more grateful to you for your support over the last few years.  When I came to this industry a little over 4 years ago, I had no idea where we would be today but, all of the success that our team has experienced is a direct result of your support.  If you chose to join our team over the last few years, awesome!  If you are not on our team but, you just enjoy our resources, thank you so much for your support and I look forward to partnering with you in the years to come with one of the many new ventures we will be rolling out.
