Day 10

In today’s training we are going to cover objections and rebuttals, as well as active listening.  I know sometimes when you’re in the field, especially if you’re new to merchant services, it is difficult to know what to say when a merchant gives you an objection.  So Matt Price ( A Top Sales Rep ) and James Shepherd emailed all of our agents and asked them to give us the most common objections they were coming across out in the field.  In the webinar below we talk about handling these objections and how to know what a merchant is really saying when he gives you an objection.  Enjoy!
